The iEd Hub team were delighted to attend the inaugural BioPharmaChem Ireland L&D Event last Thursday at Ibec Cork. One of the key messages focused on the value and impact of continuous learning and development for employees within the biopharma sector and how a strategic approach to L&D leads to success.
